SHIPPING:

I do NOT and WILL NOT guarantee a specific delivery date. The time in transit and the actual delivery are both things I have no control over. I will NOT refund if it isn't there by a date you want it. Please take our processing time into consideration as well as the actual delivery time to determine if it will make it or not before ordering.

I ship primarily USPS ground advantage but on occasion will ship UPS Ground Saver. Neither option will guarantee a delivery date.

If I see shipping delays during the holidays or are having problems with deliveries I may switch the shipping to priority mail only.

Beginning December 1st it is likely that priority mail will be the only option- I want to make the best attempt for your time sensitive ornament to get to you in time- by this time the mail is usually showing signs of delay for the holidays.

Even with this if you didn't order in enough time or there is a delay due to logistics- I do not refund.

Processing and shipping times do not include the weekends. The processing time may be increased if it is a large order. The date the order will ship for small orders is listed on your order when you place the order.

Please make sure the address you have on file with Etsy is correct. The shipping label will be printed directly from Etsy. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping information. If your order is returned to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charge to have it mailed to you again. No shipping will be refunded.

We usually ship USPS. Once the order has shipped you will receive tracking info from Etsy. If you miss it, you can view your receipt and see it there. You can track it at www.usps.com. Once the package is shipped- the actual delivery is out of our control. If there is a question about why a package is delayed (once you receive tracking info) you will need to contact the post office. We are not responsible for any delays or lost packages- YOU will need to contact USPS to find out about delay or file a claim.

SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS:

When we list a product we have to include the weight and size of the box. When purchasing multiple items the shopping cart cannot figure out that we can put more than one item in a box or that a different box may have to be used. So the shipping calculated may be high because of this. We look at the shipping costs paid when we pack an order. If the shipping is too high- we refund the excess shipping when we ship.
